How this overview was checked
Every entry is based on the law itself in the country's official legal database, or on a government or public health service. The date in the table is the date the rule took effect, as precisely as the source allows. Where we could not find a primary source, the country is marked as not verified. All entries were checked on 11 October 2026. This is general information, not legal advice; the how the rules differ page explains what the categories mean.
